If you don’t want to pay via PayPal you can order through the mail. Each book is $8.50. Shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 (no matter how many books you buy, unless you want the books shipped to multiple locations). Please include a note stating any inscription requests or if you’d prefer an unsigned copy.
